EMA Educational Institute
The EMA Educational Institute develops and regularly provides intensive and comprehensive programs for continuing education, much of which is approved for CME credit. Programs include coursework in Risk Management, Patient Satisfaction, Customer Service, Peer Review, ED Operations Analysis, Documentation, Compliance and other progressive initiatives, as they emerge. In addition, clinicians are provided ongoing and experiential training, mentoring, and individual coaching both within and outside of their clinical settings.
The degree of change in the practice of medicine over the last decade is immense. To meet the growing challenges of healthcare administration, EMA understands clinicians must be savvy in their clinical knowledge as well as the business and management of practicing medicine.
