EMA is proud to announce that Ian Warrington, M.D. has been named an EMA Partner.
Dr. Warrington currently serves as an attending physician in the Emergency Department at Sibley Memorial Hospital. He joined EMA at Sibley Memorial Hospital in September 2013.
Dr. Warrington is actively involved within Sibley Memorial Hospital and EMA. At Sibley Hospital Center, he serves on the hospital’s P&T Committee and serves as the Sepsis Core Measure Champion and as the Sepsis Education Coordinator. Additionally, during the Ebola outbreak, Dr. Warrington took a leave of absence from EMA and served in a Sierra Leone Ebola Treatment Center.
He received his Medical Degree at Tufts University. Dr. Warrington then completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at the Harvard Affiliated Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in 2012. Prior to joining EMA, from 2012 – 2013, Dr. Warrington served as an attending with the Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians.
